He graduated in Business Administration with an emphasis on Finance from Escola Superior de Propaganda em Marketing (ESPM) in 2005. He joined Locaweb in 1999, working in the collection sector, where he was a manager and later held the position of Vice-President of Finance. He completed an extension course on IT for Non-IT Executives at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology – MIT in 2006, in addition to the Reinventing the CFO program, with Jeremy Hope, at HSM University in 2007. He also attended the Boot Camp of Silver Lake Holding de Participações Ltda. for CFOs of companies about to go public. He has been a member of the Board of Directors since October 2017.

Gilberto Mautner Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors 28/04/2023 Until AGM of 2025

He graduated in Eletrconic Engineering from the Aeronautics Institute of Technology (Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica – ITA) in 1993 and is one of Locaweb’s founders. He was a consultant at Andersen Consulting do Brasil Ltda. (currently Accenture do Brasil Ltda.) from October 1994 to August 1997, during which period he gained experience in the technology area in several projects in the financial, pharmaceutical and energy sectors, in addition to doing internal research for the company in Palo Alto. After founding Locaweb in 1998, he served as New Business and Technology Officer. He took office as Locaweb’s CEO in 2007 and joined the the Company’s Board of Directors in 2012. He is currently the Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors.

He graduated in Advertisement and Marketing from Universidade Paulista – UNIP in 1998. He worked in the textile area for 10 years and gained experience in the commercial and marketing areas of the company’s brands. He was one of the founders of Locaweb in 1998, as Chief Marketing Officer, helping strengthen the Locaweb brand. In 2012, he joined our Board of Directors and left the position of CMO.

Flávio Benício Jansen Ferreira Sitting Member of the Board of Directors 28/04/2023 Until AGM of 2025

He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, with an emphasis on electronics from PUC-RJ. He is a member of the Board of Directors. He served as the Company’s Vice-President of Marketing from March 2018 to December 2019 and CEO from January 2013 to March 2018. Between 2008 and 2012, he was a member of our Board of Directors and advisory board. He has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of International Meal Company Alimentação S.A. since May 2019 and a member of the Board of Directors since January 2018. He is an advisor to Digipix S.A., an e-commerce photography, photobook, photo-gift company; Lojas Quero-Quero S.A. (Chairman), a retailer of electronics, building materials and furniture in the Brazilian South region; Allied Tecnologia S.A., a distributor and retailer of electronic products and mobile phones; and Estácio Participações S.A., the second largest private post-secondary education organization in Brazil in terms of number of students enrolled. Mr. Flávio Jansen is an investor and member of the Board of Directors of Flyers 24 Horas S.A. – Anúncio e Divulgação, a company that advertises offers from retail companies on the Guiato website and mobile app. He is a managing partner at XS Consultoria em Tecnologia Ltda. He was responsible for the launch of the website, where he was the Chief Technology Officer and was later promoted to CEO. He was the CEO of during the company’s IPO on Bovespa and the merger with, which resulted in B2W – Companhia Digital. From July 2009 to May 2012, he was an advisor to CETIP-SA – Mercados Organizados, a publicly traded company that manages organized markets for securities, bonds, derivatives and other financial instruments, now part of B3. He was a member of the Board of Directors of Grupo IBMEC Educacional S.A., an education company, from December 2018 to April 2013. He was a member of the Board of Directors of Fleury S.A., a clinical analysis laboratory, from October 2015 to May 2019.

She graduated in Business Administration from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), she started her activities at Locaweb in 2005, commanding the legal, human resources and administrative areas. Before joining Locaweb, he worked in the textile and retail sectors. At Locaweb he held the position of Administrative Director between 2007 and 2019 and is part of our Human Resources Committee.

Manuela Vaz Artigas Independent Member of the Board of Directors 03/05/2023 Until AGM of 2025

Mrs. Manuela Vaz Artigas is an independent member of Locaweb’s Board of Directors and a board member at Pague Menos SA, Solar Coca Cola and Banco BMG, where she participates and leads a series of committees. In these companies, she worked on strategy, organization, restructuring, IPO and M&As, such as the recent acquisition of Extrafarma and the merger with Grupo Simões. Her previous roles include CEO of Calila Investimentos, board member of JCC (Jereissati Centros Comerciais), Sistema Jangadeiro and partner of McKinsey & Company. Mrs. Artigas holds a degree in Economics from Unicamp with an MBA from the Anderson Business School at the University of California Los Angeles, where she graduated as a member of the Anderson Business Society and received the Fred Weston Excellence Finance Award.

Luiz Otavio Ribeiro Independent Member of the Board of Directors 28/04/2023 Until AGM of 2025

Mr. Luiz Ribeiro is an independent member of our board of directors and Managing Director, Co-Head of Brazil Office at General Atlantic. Before joining General Atlantic in 2016, Mr. Ribeiro worked as a Director at Advent International, where he concentrated on the financial services and healthcare sectors while based in the São Paulo and Bogota offices. During his time at Advent International, he served on the boards of a number of investments, and served as CFO of Atmosfera Gestão e Higienização de Texteis Ltda. Mr. Ribeiro currently sits on the boards of Pague Menos, QuintoAndar, D-Local, Neon, Fluency Academy, Bold and is a board observer of Gympass. Mr. Ribeiro received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas (EAESP-FGV) and completed the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School.

Carlos Elder Maciel de Aquino Independent Member of the Board of Directors 28/04/2023 Until AGM of 2025

Carlos Elder Maciel de Aquino has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE), a master’s degree in Accounting and Actuarial Sciences from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP) and a doctorate in Controllership and Accounting from the University of São Paulo (USP) . He has an MBA in Finance from IBMEC-SP and an MBA in Controllership from the University of São Paulo (USP-SP), in addition to a specialization in Engineering Economics from the Catholic University of Pernambuco (UNICAP-PE). He was an executive at companies such as Unibanco, Itaú Unibanco, KPMG, Diagnósticos da América S.A. He is a guest professor at the Accounting, Actuarial and Financial Research Institute Foundation (Fipecafi) and FIA-USP. Also, author and co-author of articles published in national and international books and magazines on finance, accounting, governance, regulatory aspects and auditing. He has more than 40 years of professional experience, having held executive positions in the areas of accounting, finance, auditing, health, private pension and third sector segments, in addition to acting as a member of the board of directors, fiscal councils and audit committees, risk management, internal controls, ethics and conduct, money laundering prevention and transactions with related parties. He is currently a member of the board of directors and also coordinator of the Audit Committee of Locaweb Serviços de Tecnologia S.A., coordinator of the audit committees of Allied Tecnologia S/A, Lojas Quero-Quero S/A, Nibs Participações S/A ( Copenhagen) and Fortbras S/A. He is a member of the audit committee of Tokio Marine Seguradora S/A and Tigre S/A Participações and Ebanx Holdings LLC and a member of the ethics and conduct committee of Nibs Participações (Copenhagen). He is a fiscal councilor at Folha Participações S.A. and Natura &CO Holding S.A. Engineer graduated from the University of São Paulo, with an MBA from IBMEC. He developed part of his career at Editora Abril, where he started as a trainee, developed the entire sales operation and internet subscription relationship and served as Director of Direct Marketing and Director of e-Business. At Locaweb (currently LWSA) he served as CMO, General Director of the Locaweb Retail Unit and since March 2018 he has been CEO of the Group. He is responsible for the 5 business units that make up LWSA: Commerce PME, Wake, ERP / Management, Financial Services and Be Online / SaaS. These Units include important brands such as LOCAWEB, TRAY, KING HOST, VINDI, BLING and MELHOR ENVIO, among others. Under his management, Locaweb carried out an IPO, Follow On and more than 20 company acquisitions. Fernando is also a mentor and ambassador at Endeavor and was elected one of the best CEOs in Latin America in Technology, Media and Telecommunications companies by the Institutional Investor magazine ranking in 2021, 2022 and 2023.

Rafael Chamas Alves Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer 12/01/2023 12/01/2025

Rafael Chamas holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV) in São Paulo and an MBA from the FGV School of Economics. He built part of his career at Grupo Abril, where he began as a trainee and was responsible for the Financial Planning of several business of the Group, including Abril Educação S.A., during the IPO. He also served as controller at Tegma Gestão Logística S.A. until 2016. He has been working as Locaweb’s Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer since April 2016, having been re-elected to these positions in December 2019. Mr. Chamas was ranked as one of the best CFO for Technology, Media and Telecommunications (“TMT”) companies in 2021 and 2022 in Latin America by Institutional Investor Magazine.

Higor de Araújo Franco Business Unit Officer 12/01/2023 12/01/2025

He graduated from Anhembi Morumbi, holds an MBA in IT Management from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV) and specialization degrees from the IESE/ISE Business School and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology – MIT. He helped shape the portfolio and strategy of UOL DIVEO S.A. (a technology company belonging to Grupo UOL) as General Manager of Solutions Architecture, Products and Marketing from 2008 to 2015, leading the Products, IT Architecture and Marketing areas. He also served as LA Cloud Manager at IBM Brasil-Industria Máquinas e Serviços Ltda., where he worked in the global cloud computing strategy team and was responsible for managing the Cloud IBM architecture and products for all of Latin America between 2015 and 2016. He later worked at Diagnósticos da America S.A. – DASA as CTO/IT Superintendent in 2016 and 2017, being responsible for implementing the company’s digital transformation, managing innovation, adopting support frameworks and coordinating the technological evolution. Currently, he is responsible for the Retail area at Locaweb.

Alessandro Dalmédico Gil Business Unit Officer 12/01/2023 12/01/2025

With over 20 years of career, Mr. Alessandro Gil has extensive experience in e-commerce and business expansion strategy. He holds a degree in Marketing and Advertising from the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas (PUCCAMP), with an MBA in Marketing. Before Locaweb, he worked at companies such as LINX, VTEX, Rakuten Brasil and Ikeda, where he was a partner. At Locaweb, he will lead SaaS and Commerce Enterprise platforms.

Otavio Dantas de Carvalho Business Development Officer 02/19/2024 12/01/2025

With more than 20 years of career, Mr. Otávio Dantas has extensive experience in business,mainly at the intersection of People-Technology-Operations. He has a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of São Paulo (USP), an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the University of Michigan and a Specialization in Business Administration and Corporate Finance from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Before LWSA, he had a career in management consultancy, with the last five years as Managing Director & Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he led the DigitalBCG unit, the Technology Advantage practice and, more recently, the Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT). Throughout his career, he has worked primarily with customer-facing companies (B2C and B2B2C) in various sectors, such as Telecom, Financial Services, Technology and Consumer Goods.

Gustavo Gomes Salviano Chief Technology Officer 12/01/2023 12/01/2025

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Unesp – Universidade Estadual Paulista, with a postgraduate degree in business administration from FGV and an MBA in Telecommunications Systems from Federal Fluminense. He has more than 20 years of experience in the IT market, developing activities in architecture, projects and operations. He began his career at Dedalus Sistemas (Sun Microsystems’ largest partner) as an intern, reaching support management. He continued his career in the Telefonica / Vivo group, commanding the operation of the DataCenter B2B and developing corporate projects. In his last stint, assumed a Superintendence of IT operations at Dasa, being responsible for the large project of systemic stabilization, technological recovery and continuous improvement, supporting a strong demand and growth of NPS.

Aline Goldsztejn Corporate Legal Officer 12/01/2023 12/01/2025

Lawyer graduated in law from Universidade Paulista in 2002, Postgraduate in 2013- Corporate Contracts from Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV and, University Extension in Programming of Smart Contracts in Block Chain in 2018 from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo – PUC-SP. He began his legal career assisting companies of various sizes in the civil and business areas at Salgado Freitas Advogados; In 2002, he joined the State Attorney’s Office where he worked in important criminal cases and, in 2004, he migrated to the corporate career, where for more than 16 years he has been responsible for the legal department of the entire Locaweb Group, leading the civil, litigation areas. , contractual, labor, tax, corporate, digital and M&A of the Company and its acquired companies; In 2021, she assumed the position of corporate legal director, after actively participating in the important strategic movements of IPO and Follow on.

Simony Morais Chief of People and Corporate Management 12/01/2023 12/01/2025

Graduated in Psychology at Mackenzie University (July / 2007), she has an MBA from FIA in Business Management and specializations from FIA and FMU carried out in 2009 to 2013, focused on Business Pedagogy and Corporate Education. With over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, he has already worked in the implementation of attraction, retention, development and performance management programs, among many others. He restructured the CSN Development area and the evaluation process for the more than 20 thousand employees, where he worked from 2008 to 2017. He has been part of the Locaweb team since 2017, taking over as General Manager of People & Management in 2019 and now in 2021 was promoted to the department’s Board of Directors. In the last years, she participated in the process of merging the new companies acquired from the group as responsible for the Human Resources processes and also implemented the Inclusion and Diversity program and the Employer Branding program, focused on unifying the organizational culture between the business units.
